In order to perform the Initial Setup, make sure you’re logged in as Superadmin. Now, go to Helpdesk (Add-Ons » Modules » Helpdesk), click on the Module Settings button located in the top-right corner of the screen and choose SATF Settings.
On this page, you can modify whether you wish the SATF form tag to automatically load jQuery libraries, or whether you wish to control them through the jquery_js and jquery_ui_js parameters.
Addionally, you can choose URL address where to download the jQuery libraries from.
