Before updating the module, make sure you back up your site and database. Once you’re ready, follow these steps:

  1. Replace existing add-on files in the Helpdesk folder with new files
  2. Replace existing theme files in the themes/third_party folder
  3. Go to Add-ons » Modules and make sure the add-on version number has updated

If you’re using SATF form, please try submitting it to make sure it works properly. If not, make sure your SATF settings are configured properly.
