It’s not possible to delete tickets directly in Helpdesk —the main reason is to avoid your agents from deleting important communications. If you have test tickets you want to remove, you can uninstalling the add-on in ExpressionEngine and install it again. Warning: Uninstalling the add-on will cause all its data to be removed (including your custom notifications, e-mail server settings etc.) — however it’s the fastest way to clear lots of messages.
