In the Helpdesk, you can configure an unlimited amount of custom fields to be used in your SATF forms.

Once this is done, you can create various SATF forms with whatever fields you have created (you don’t need to use all the fields — just make sure you use all the fields marked as required).

This way, you can get enquiries from various sources into HelpDesk (eg. support, sales, internal request form etc.).
